Offering a bimonthly, appointment-based blood drive that provides a simple way to save lives.
12 Steps and the Sacraments
A support group that combines a 12-step recovery program for those suffering from addictions and unhealthy attachments with the rich faith heritage of the Catholic Church.
Provides support and temporary shelter for children and their families who are facing eviction and or homelessness.
Grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one.
Grieving Parents Support Group
Monthly support group for peers who have experienced the loss of a child.
A medical clinic serving uninsured adults between the ages of 18 and 65 who live or work in Beaufort County.
Collaboration began in the fall of 2022 when The Lowcountry Outreach began proving transportation for their clients to the clinic using our volunteer run Angel Rides program.
Providing music therapy (via guitar lessons), to aid Veterans in dealing with emotional and / or physical injury.
The Dreams Program provides a hands-on carpentry training program centered around Gullah culture with a mission to create pathways for youth, (17-30) seeking an opportunity to build a meaningful career.
Brain health education, respite care and caregiver support for people living with memory loss.
Trained Benefit Counselors collaborating alongside The United way of the Lowcountry Showers of Dignity Trailer to provide assistance with applications for Medicaid, SNAP (food stamps), and other SC benefits.
Special Olympics for individuals with intellectual disabilities in the Lowcountry covering Beaufort and Jasper counties.
Support for Parents of Alienated Adult Children
Providing a judgement-free zone and peer support for parents estranged from their adult children.
Securing vital services that fulfill the immediate basic needs of the most vulnerable members of our community, while also making strategic investments in education and economic mobility. The Lowcountry Outreach began a partnership in the spring of 2025 by providing volunteers, trained to offer SC Thrive, while attending scheduled events alongside the Becky Francis Showers of Dignity Trailer Showers-of-Dignity-Fact-Sheet.
